RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A
deposit of $500 is required to make a reservation. Final payment will
be due April 20, 2008.
Any
cancellation prior to 90 days before the trip is subject to a $50
cancellation charge. Cancellation from 89 to 60 days prior to trip
departure is subject to a cancellation charge of $250. Cancellation 31
to 59 days prior to departure is subject to a $500 cancellation charge
and cancellations within 30 days have no refund unless a replacement is
found. There is a $125 charge for name change on the airline ticket.
You
can sell a ground package for those getting their own international air
and deduct $900.00
Remember - not included is the visa fee for $130 and air departure tax and
fuel surcharge of $265
TRIP INSURANCE - OPTIONAL CALL TO SEND FORM. THE
POLICY MUST BE PURCHSED WITHIN 14 DYAS OF THE INITIAL TRIP DEPOSIT FOR
ANY PRE-EXISITING CONDITIONS.
There is a $15.00 charge for all returned checks.
