This is it, New Horizon Tours sixth annual trip to Rio, the site for the
world’s two greatest theme parties - one is New Year’s Eve and the one we’re
off to is Carnival, where people dance in the street and in organized
parades for hour upon hour in an outpouring of joy and fun, which truly
cannot be matched anywhere in the world. It consists of four days - Saturday
through Tuesday, of partying, although in reality, the Carnival atmosphere
can already be felt on the Friday before the official start of festivities.
It’s “fun for free”. all over the city.

Reservations and Cancellation Policy:
To confirm a reservation of $200.00 is required. Second payment of $300 is
due Oct.1, 2008. Final payment is due Dec. 19, 2008. Cancellations prior to
Oct.1 will be charged $150.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations
between Oct. 1 and Dec. 19 will be charged $350.00. Cancellations between
Dec. 20, 2008 and Jan. 5, 2009 is $600.00 and after
January 5, 2009 will have no refund unless a replacement is found and then
a $125 charge for name change. There is a $15.00 charge for all returned
checks.
