The above prices on the cabins are guaranteed. At time of your booking I will call the cruise line to see if the rate has dropped and if so and you want that cabin then I will need a $125 deposit per person for a double cabin or $250 deposit for a single. That deposit is refundable less a $25 cancellation fee per person until June 16, 2026.

Cancellation policy for cruise part of trip is extensive. The reservation form has everything listed on the back.

Air Cancellation Policy:
The cost of the group round trip air from LAX to Barcelona and the return from Rome to LAX will not be availabe until Nov. 2025. When it does become avaiable the usual deposit on the air is $100 per person. Once I know the air then I will have details on the cancellation charges and the ability to extend your stay in Rome
